Pupils asked us how they could motivate themself constantly for sports. Our answer on this question is simple. Setting too unrealistic goals or having too great expectations limits many in their self motivation. It is better to start slow and easy instead of difficult and complex.
Some kids started to train twice a day or even more but stopped finally. They did not have the time or encouragement to keep this up for weeks or month. So simplifying is here a great chance.
What helps kids surely helps others too. And doing this with less complexity is more and not just for sports. It is not an easy task to change habits but it is important one. So I hope that my experiences in job and life may help some of you to get things done easier.
